The Rinspeed zaZen will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show and displays some innovative technologies and materials.
There are some features such as the holographic brake lamp and the extensive use of Swarovski crystals, and the transparent backlite changed into a luminous holographic area. The polycarbonate roof dome looks like a floating transparent hardtop.

The exterior design has borrowed from the European Coupe tradition: the whole body looks similar with the Porsche, and the front headlights are almost clones to the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti and the new Ferrari 599 GTB.

The surface coating of the Rinspeed zaZen is a white mineral shade based on the Bayer raw materials, the Desmodur and Desmophen. The car is unassumingly beautiful through those small but precious Swarovski crystals protected by a self-healing polyurethane clear coat. The “crystal skin†finish was developed and applied by the Austrian surface coating expert, Karl Seelos. The Swarovski crystals are used in trimmings on the front, side and rear lamps, the wheel rims and the original 3D rear decorative panel.
