Subaru Love Bug For Couples

Subaru B5-TPH is designed based on the concept theme for long-weekend getaway for couples. It only have 2 seats, so no more “bright lamp bulb” for the loving two. This car will show at the 39th Tokyo Motor Show.

In the booth, the concept car equipped with original hybrid system - Turbo parallel hybrid (TPH), a new AWD hybrid system. By combining the electric motor and the Miller cycle boxer turbo engine (2.0L), the engine has achieved fuel economy improvements and reduced CO2 emissions.
